Step 1: Register for the EPIC Website
Welcome to EPIC!
PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR A USER ACCOUNT.
The EPIC website will allow a single user to manage multiple campers. For example, a parent may register more than one child and a school counselor may register more than one student.
IMPORTANT! The user needs to be a person who is 18 years or older. A minor camper will be registered under the user. The minor's email can be added at the time they are added as a camper and they will be able to receive emails. Please use the parent or educator email address in this step.
Mailing List account types will not be enabled to add campers or applications. If you think you will someday need to add an application, please select one of the other options.
Once the form has been submitted, an activation link will be sent to the email address you provide below. Clicking on this link will activate your account and allow you to submit applications, review your application status and get personal messages from the EPIC staff.
Please Note: In some cases we've seen the activation email trapped in spam/junk folders. If you don't get the email in a few hours, check your spam/junk folder. If you have any questions or issues, please contact us.
If you receive the an error indicating that your email address is in use, you already have an account on the EPIC website. Please login instead of registering for a new account. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it here.
